1 Integrative Learning Platform (1ILP) is a non-profit organization that works with people who wish to shape the community through intellectual and practical learning tools, in accordance with our unshakable triple value of freedom-solidarity-responsibility. 1ILP is an association as defined in Article 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code. Its headquarters are located in Geneva Airport Area.
The association pursues the following goals:
- To support the social and economic integration of second-generation migrant families holding more than one nationality in addition to Swiss citizenship.
- To facilitate the process of social and economic integration of newly arrived migrant families.
- To help the inhabitants of Switzerland build a clean natural and urban environment and strengthen social cohesion.
The association pursues its aims through the following means:
- courses and workshops in national and foreign languages courses and workshops in musical instruments and voice
- courses and workshops in audiovisual engineering techniques
- exchange workshops and discussion groups throughout the year
- regular neighborhood clean-up activities
- an annual participatory event
The association’s resources for pursuing its goals consist of:
- Membership dues from active members
- Proceeds from events and activities it organizes
- Subsidies
- Proceeds from service agreements
- Donations and bequests of all kinds
- Private sponsorships
The amount of membership dues is set annually by the general assembly.
Active members’ dues are higher than those of passive members.
Honorary members and current committee members are exempt from paying dues. The fiscal year corresponds to the calendar year.
